Customers may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages from ABC Case Management, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages, including service updates. 

To opt back in, you may reply START to any previously received message.
