      • Customer Support Messages: Follow-up communications in response to your inquiries.

          • “Thank you for contacting ABC Case Management. How can we help you? Reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or contact us at (225) 667-4014.”
    • Message Frequency: SMS message frequency will depend on your interaction with our Services. Typically, you may receive 1-5 SMS messages per month, but this may vary based on your appointments, support inquiries, and service-related updates.
    • Message and Data Rates: Messages and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. ABC Case Management is not responsible for these charges. Contact your mobile carrier for details on fees related to SMS messages.
    • Opt-out Instructions: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
    • Privacy Protection for Phone Numbers: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively for communications between you and ABC Case Management.
